In this embarrassingly short episode Jim and Sam watch a show with some cat and dog girls in it. Dog Days provides a new challenge for the two friends as they both find it so bad and boring that they have a hard time commenting on it. While struggling to make a good episode, they also make jokes that they think are funny, but have varying degrees of success.

In this episode Jim and Sam watch a show about a cat girl from SPACE! They both aren’t very impressed by Cat Planet Cuties but hey at least it lives up to the thesis of the podcast. The guys also talk about the Sleepaway Camp movies, A&W, Persona 5 and do their best Owen Wilson impressions.

In this week's episode of The Nyancast, Sam and Jim watch something that doesn't actually feature any cat girls... but instead watch a hot new airing anime that everyone is talking about. Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. And while they both enjoy it, they go off on a few digressions on topics such as Mass Effect, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and weird French cartoons.

In our first episode, Sam and Jim delve into the somewhat strange anime Nyanko Days, which features a world in which cats aren't the animals we have come to know and love but are in fact strange, miniature cat girls.
